Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: Will be responsible for Group Companies Labour issues. Should have good rapport with government authorities and should be able to clear pending Labour issues / cases ethically. Industrial Relations, Support and advice local IR Teams along with handling employee welfare and personal management, promotion policy for workers, managing old PF IR issues. Should be well versed with recent Labour codes, various Labour Laws and its compliances, Service Laws and legal implications and should be able to provide inputs for HRD Policies. 2 Should Prepare training curriculum and facilitate training program for contract laborers on product safety, personal safety and housekeeping. Will Oversee / interact with various government authorities like Factory Inspector, Labour Office, PF, ESIC, Collector Office, Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, Apprentice Board, Employment Exchange, Municipal Corporation, MIDC, MPCB, etc., on a case to case bases. Responsible for overseeing compliance with its statutory obligations for Labour Laws for employees as well as contractual employees. Monitor the quality and accuracy of all data submitted to Government Labour Authorities or statutory bodies for accuracy and completeness through compliance softwares. Co-ordinate for any Labour inspection that comes up for Policy, holidays, deployment in abroad etc. as per the law of the land. Verify and vet all the documents to be submitted to regulatory authorities in case of inspection/ litigation. Co-coordinating all legal matters Records Management Provide support to internal User Departments on compliance and legal issues proactively and keep them informed of their legal responsibilities and compliances to be made. ,
