Job Description

    JD:Roles and Responsibilities:We are looking for a Senior HR Associate to support our HR Operations, from identifying potentialhires to interview and evaluate candidates, training and assisting the HR manager to onboardthem, maintaining documents and databases, and supporting the HR operations department invarious aspects.Your role as a Senior HR Associate will be far from one-dimensional. You will undertake a widerange of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves andcrafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employeerecords are up-to-date and confidential. And you will also act as the main point of contact foremployees queries on HR-related topics.The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively todeliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Reporting Line The position reports to the HR manager, who will provide broad supervision.Responsibilities - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolveany issues that may arise. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Undertake tasks around performance management. Ensure compliance with labour regulations. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Support the HR operations department in various aspects including, but not limited toauditing organization processes, and standard operating procedures. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and organizing team-buildingactivities.Requirements - Proven experience of at least 1 year as an HR Generalist. Any graduation. MBA/Masters in H.R preferred Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus. Good communication and people skills. Desire to work in a team with a results-driven approach. Additional HR training will be a plus
