- Executive Hiring is looking for a HRBP for one of the Large FMCGs, based in Mumbai.- Post Grad in HR from XLRI/TISS etc. with 4-6 years of work experience in Business Partnering in an FMCG, Consulting, E-commerce outfit, is mandatory.The Role-- Managing Employee Life Cycles activities: Drive HR operational processes and policies towards a higher employee experience- Drive end to end Talent Acquisition including Employer Branding, Sourcing, negotiating offers etc.- Drive end to end payroll process with coordination with payroll partner- Work closely with HR Head in driving a collaborative, engaged culture- Work closely with HR Head in implementation of Organization Development & Capability Building initiatives- Drive various HR Processes such as Performance Management, Rewards, Recognition etc.- Manage Employee Engagement and Communication- HRIS Implementation & Support- Ensuring Statutory Compliances for the organization- Supporting Frontline operations and the Local HRs to drive HR processes for frontline- Preparation of HR Budgets, MIS, Dashboards.- In case this of interest to you, please forward your resume mentioning CTC.,
