Job descriptionDear Candidates,Warm Greetings from Equations PlacementsWe have Openings for Field Sales Officer for an Edutech CompanyLocation - MumbaiWhat will you be doing:

  • 1) You will be speaking to Ceo / Cxo level, Personnel to enroll them into our Clients a credited - Pg / Pgdm Courses (Oxford / Cambridge Level Courses)
  • 2) Lead will be Provided through Digital Marketing Team
  • 3) You would have to get end to end closures of these leads generated
  • 4) Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes. -Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Sales Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
What do you require -
  • 1) Excellent communication in English language
  • 2) Graduates with 6month of direct selling experience ( we dont want people with telesales/ insight sales/ retail sales experience) only people with B2c or B2b experience
  • 3) Salary will not be a constraint for right candidates
  • 4) Monthly incentives between 0 -32k /month over and above your salary
  • 5) You can expect 30% to 40% hike over your last drawn salary
  • 6) Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
  • 7) Basic proficiency in Ms Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is preferable.
