To develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of the Foundation in the event of major incidents or disasters. Defining implementation processes, quality gates and standards for design and development. Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities. Responsible for timely, within budget and successful delivery of the technology solutions for the organization. Responsible for finalizing the technology partner(s) and appropriate technology platforms and managing the relationships. Ensure that the skills and experience of Software Development and IT teams are consistent with its scientific, technological and business needs for providing quality in present and future services. Ensuring that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization. Ensuring seamless Integration with third-party applications with API integration, etc. Providing inputs and direction to senior developers in the team for design and implementation.
