Job Description

    Responsible for developing long range vision of the needs of the organization, anticipate the impact of business trends and prepare plans to accommodate business changes while meeting the overall goals of the organizationFormulating Long Term & Mid-Term Strategic Plans for the Country.To monitor and interpret all trends that occurs within the industryEvaluate market size, competitor accomplishments and industry structuresCreation of ideas to scope finalisation for all new product / product lines and new venturesWorking with senior management, they refine the affiliates mission and develop short- and long-term strategic business goalsDrive Margin and Profitability improvement programs for the country and work with Trade and Supply Chain team to improve Gross and Distribution Margins.Support in the creation of annual business plans and any resulting acceleration plan.Working with Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial Heads to identify the product pipeline.Drive the execution of Product development by creating a project plan and ensure compliance to time, cost and quality specs.Lead a team of Business Analysts who will support the General Manager in creating communication decks & MIS, both for above and for within the country. Partnering with BU heads to identify and triage business development and growth opportunitiesWork along with Sales Team, Trade team and Marketing team for achieving business objective To seek out partnership opportunities with external vendors andorganisationsResponsible for facilitating the business planning process (Strategic and Financial) by working with Area DVP, Country GM, Area Finance and the GBU on the plan and LRP ProcessesCoordinate Across functional areas, business unit, and/or geographies in order to achieve company goalsDevelop business case for new product development and launchDrive business case presentation (Business Plan and/or EMBR) and approval with relevant stakeholdersWork with Marketing & Sales and/or Supply Chain to evaluate new products for desired gross margins, division margins and market shareProject-manage new product development to achieve a 8-12 month ideation to launch speed for local projects and innovations, Drive implementation across cross-functional team including R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial Sales & marketing, medical, regulatory, legal and financeCoordinate multi-functional input, evaluate different options and drive team to make decisions related to new productsWork with marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure that the cross-functional team/representative considers relevant customer insights in developing the product concept and creating target product profile based on our desired positioning and claim.
