    Head HR ( 15- 18 years ) Manufacturing Job Description - Opportunity to head HR Opportunity to be a part of the leadership team and play an integral role in transforming the companyClient Details: Promoter led Pharmaceutical company based in MumbaiDescription:- Enable the implementation of key Talent & Management Development mandates as per directives of Top Management- Assist in the identifying & grooming of potential functional heads within the organization by recommending appropriate development programmes- Engender services & a training framework leveraging corporate-wide learning & knowledge management systems, designed to seamlessly support the culture of a Learning Organisation & goaled in at improving business results- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans- Support the effective management of the budget through maintaining accurate records & processing services, ensuring delivery within approved financial framework.- Design and execute the overall IR strategy for India and manage any escalations across all manufacturing facilities- Enhance & monitor effectiveness of performance management & potential assessment process.
