1. Handling of the provisional NPA and declared NPA accounts, covering the entire SME portfolio.2. Minimising slippage of Performing assets to NPA status3. Ensuring restructuring of viable stressed accounts [including Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) cases]4. Working out One Time Settlements/ transferring stressed cases to Asset Reconstruction companies5. Negotiations with Assets Reconstruction Companies for Assignment of Debts6. Extensive negotiation with clients on interest rates, minimisation of sacrifices in restructuring / One Time Settlement proposals, etc.7. Resolution of NPAs through various mode i.e. initiation of SARFAESI Action, other proceedings8. Conducting meeting with advocates and council, decide the path of recovery and accordingly initiate the course of action.9. Coordination with various departments for RBI Audit and Statutory Audit related issue.10.
