1. Managing a team of around 4-6 members ( Direct & Indirect reportees) 2. Ensuring smooth functioning of day to day activities of Treasury Operations. 3. Maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders internally and externally. 4. To interpret RBI / SEBI circulars and provide inputs on applicability of the same 5. Work in partnership with Treasury Department for all Treasury related activities. Investigate solutions and support the development of transaction processing solutions. 6. Ensuring timely servicing of all NCDs, Term Loans, pools under Securitisation etc. 7. Supporting, coaching and developing team members. 8. Ensuring that all regulatory reporting including Risk Based Supervision (RBS) data points for the department are submitted on timely basis. 9. Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. 10. Handle internal, external, concurrent audits etc. relating to Treasury 11. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, Treasury products, relevant laws and regulations. 12. Assisting Treasury in smooth cash fund management and executing operation activities for all Treasury products like G-Secs/ T-Bills, LAF, Tri-Party Repo, Repo, Call / Notice Money, CD, CP, Non SLR, NCDs, MFs, Securitisation Skills: 1. Good understanding of Treasury operations like cash transactions, funds, Money Market, Securities, Debt market ,Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 2. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draft reports and sound understanding of risk 3. Strong knowledge of banking regulatory environment, regulations and RBI /FIMMDA/FEDAI circulars & guidelines 4. Hands-on experience of various RBI and CCIL systems like E-Kuber, RTGS, NDSOM, NDSCall, CROMS, TREPs etc. 5. Excellent communication and organisation skills 6.
