Job Details: Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Selected custom Software, networking, broadband, and internet management 2. Asset management within the organization 3. Support the administration of MS O365 system, SharePoint 4. Help resolve the majority of installation, license, configuration-related issues 5. Perform problem reproduction and diagnose problems Additionally support other Operations team in: 1. Preparing Process Flow Charts 2. Assist in preparing powerpoint presentations 3. Assist in evaluating customer feedback scores 4. Assist in keeping documentation up to date What you will gain from this internship: 1.
