Job Description

    BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION - To ensure compliances under the GST law.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Compile data for monthly and yearly GST Returns2. Preparation of periodical GST returns and ensure payment of taxes3. Availment and utilisation of ITC as per the provisions of GST law4. Manage all applicable compliances under GST law5. Co-ordinating with Internal and Statutory Auditors for GST Return related matters wherever required6. Coordinating with Billing team for Invoice related issues/ understanding7. Prepare and maintain GST related Process documents8. Handle GST audits by the GST authorities9. Preparation of replies to department notices/ enquiries10. Representation before the authorities11. Periodical updates to stakeholders regarding changes in the law and impact on business12. Providing inputs and ensuring the development of systems/ ERPs/SAP to capture the data/ details required for compliances, audits13. Review of agreements and provide inputs on the indirect tax implicationsEducational Qualification CA Years of relevant experience 4 to 5 years experienceKey Skills Required Knowledge of preparation of GST Returns. Analytical Skills.
