Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Strategy: Leading and strengthening the Marketing Strategy for Amenity Services. Creating a holistic future-looking view of the function and key priorities.
      • Conceptualizing and managing strategic initiatives to drive critical goals
      • Creating and driving medium / long term projects that will help all subteams (e.g. agency benchmarking, creative best practices, identifying new partners that can drive scale).
      • Aligning the team s strategy to the org-wide priorities.
      • Program managing the marketing budgeting processes.
    • Research and Analytics: Continuously explore cutting edge opportunities to retrofit within operational infrastructure. Collate and present analytics for a holistic view of the initiatives.
      • Setting up the key metrics dashboards and driving accountability.
      • Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected impact and timelines.
      • Working with the operations team to collate requisite data and collect feedback.
      • Synthesizing learnings from previous and ongoing initiatives to drive future outcomes.
    • Teamwork:
      • Being the cross-functional anchor between the marketing, operations and vendor teams
      • Coordinate with Global Teams and Stakeholders to understand best practices/ initiatives and execute the same in India.
      • Highlight issues and problem solve with the relevant stakeholders to make sure the initiatives are on track
    • Amenity Services Webpages:
      • Manage current webpages efficiently and ensure all information presented is up-to-date.
      • Envisage and execute websites for upcoming Consolidation Sites in partnership with vendor
    • Branding & merchandizing: Visualize, plan, create and execute opportunities for branding and merchandizing
        • Review the 1st cut of logos sent by the vendor, suggest changes as applicable and present to management for approval
        • Post approval, partner with operational team and vendor for successful execution
        • Provide expertise in suggesting and executing branding opportunities in identified areas

        • Explore opportunities to improve on existing program and prevent fatigue/monotony
        • Focus on improving packaging and display
        • Ensure all initiatives are on par with Global Standards
        • Confirm consistency across sites and regions
        • Food Festival communications and promotion
        • Explore Digital marketing avenues within existing infrastructure for the function
        • Make use of available resources to promote the function and its initiatives to stakeholders, employees and leadership.
        • Any other responsibility assigned from time to time.
    • Travel Intermittently
    • Timings 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Indicative)
    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    • Graduate in relevant stream
    • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in hotels/restaurants/hospitality.
    • Experience in retail industry would be an added advantage
    • Excellent communications Skills
    • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability for out of the box thinking, creativity and provide innovative solutions
    • Clear eye for the core problems and corresponding solutions.
    • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, influencing & aligning with cross-functioning leaders and teams and bringing them to a consensus.
