Our client is a leading FMCG firm based in Mumbai.Job Responsibilities:- Develop Talent Acquisition strategy as per the business goals.- Review and revamp frameworks to achieve operation and cost efficiency. - Ideate, implement & automate recruitment system and procedures.- Streamline and structure the Campus management program. - Design and implement career development plan for campus hires. - Responsible for competency mapping, compensation benchmarking and other change management initiatives.- Manage succession planning for critical roles.- Instrumental in developing the organizational skills and improving efficiencies.- Build strong employer branding initiatives.Candidate Profile: - 18-25 years- experience in FMCG, Pharma or any B2C manufacturing set up.- Mandatory strong experience in Talent Acquisition COE. Proven success in volume hiring. - Preference to talent who also have Talent Management experience.,
