Roles and Responsibilities2-7 years of relevant Finance Analytics experience at one ormore Financial Services firms, or Consulting firms withsignificant exposure to one or more of the following areas:1. Understanding of a company s financial andstrategic planning processes, including budgeting,planning and forecasting.2. Experience in performing Revenue forecasting,cash flow forecasting and chart of accounts analysis3. Understanding of new/ evolvingmethodologies/tools/technologies in the Financespace.4. Through understanding of financial statements aswell as finance processes of companies5. Experience in building models using AI/MLmethodologies6. Modeling: Experience in one or more of analyticaltools such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc. Knowledgeof tools/ vendor products such as SAP AnalyticsCloud, Anaplan, OneSteam, BoardKey Responsibilities:Engagement Execution Work independently/with minimal supervision inclient engagements that may involve data synthesisprocess, solution design, and creation of actionableinsights, Implications, and recommendations toaddress clients business issues and /or identifyopportunities in the areas of FP&A, P2P, Order toCash, Invoicing and Spend analytics Advise clients on a wide range of Finance/ Analyticsinitiatives. Projects may involve financial planning,operational areas of finance such as AP/ARoptimization Develop and frame Proof of Concept for key clients,where applicable 1. MBA or Masters degree in mathematics, statistics,economics, operations research or related fieldfrom top-tier universities with a strong record ofachievement, solid analytical ability, and anentrepreneurial hands-on approach to work2. 3-5 years of experience within FP&A or otherfinance functions, and experience developingreports and performing sophisticated data analysis/3-5 years experience building models for inInvestment Banking, Private Equity, M&A3. Strong academic credentials and publications, ifapplicable. Industry certifications preferred4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Exposure to working in globally distributedworkforce environment including offshore model6. Strong project management skills anddemonstrated experience in managing teamsacross functions and geographies7. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time ,
