Job Description

Create & monitor a system of control, procedures & forms for the recordation of fixed asset
Reconciliation of Asset Disposal/Retirement with AR Module & FA Module
Ensuring timely closure of Asset Addition,Disposal,Movement etc
Reconciliation of Financial Ledgers of fixed Asset with Trial Balance
Monitoring of Depreciation Rate as per Companies & Income Tax Act
Co-ordination & follow-up with the department for open items/issues
Reconciliation/Conduct periodic check towards physical counts for Physical Verification of Assets
Conducting analysis relating to Fixed Asset as requested by management & department
Preparing/Assisting in Financial Audit & Other Audits relating to Fixed Asset
Capital Budgeting
GSTR1 & GSTR2 Recon/Review.

Should have minimum 2years of experience in the same field
Should have knowledge of accounting software preferably Oracle
Ability to handle multiple task
Strong interpersonal/communication skill.
