As Financial analyst II you will become part of the global Finance and Control team based in Mumbai. You will be an integral part of process innovation and implementation and drive HERE s finance function further down the path of automation and reporting excellence. You will have the opportunity to help create and implement new reporting, forecasting and planning practices as a key member of the new corporate finance center of excellence. In this role, you and the global corporate finance team will implement best in class methods for the forecasting of key business drivers.You will partner with a fast paced and high performing finance team to ensure we meet our short-term and long-term objectives. You will also interact on an ongoing basis with Accounting, Sourcing, Treasury and business finance leaders in addition to other cross-functional teams located across the world.The key responsibilities and expectations of this role are as follows:Serve as key contributor within a central hub of business group reporting to HERE s leaders and internal stakeholder while partnering with business finance leaders to implement best in class solutions that drive greater transparency and business insights across HEREDevelop the financial and business acumen that enables you to understand and analyze HERE s financial statements in both the traditional IFRS accounting standards and the product portfolio contextHelp to Implement best-in-class reporting financial models that enable standardization and automation; historical and current year fact-driven analysis will be the foundation of what you and others on your team will practice every day Who are you Expectations and qualifications for this role:Bachelor s degree in a relevant area (economics, finance, accounting, business administration or other)Ability and willingness to learn and practice that newly acquired skillset in your day-to-day activities4+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical mindset with the capacity to draw out conclusions from large, complex data sets and bridge information across systems, formats and financial statementsExperience with new processes and learning new toolsetsExperience in Financial Forecasting.Experience in Forecast Accuracy buildup , measurements , validation and analysis.Proficiency in modeling skills including advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge and experience with enterprise reporting and planning systems (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Peoplesoft and other) is preferredWritten and verbal communication skills with internal customer-focused, professional demeanor,
