Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the in house HR Business Partnering team at EY, HR Generalist with strong reporting / data analytical skills at an experienced Manager level. Your key responsibilities The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics & overall operations Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR including labour law and compliances Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle post onboarding Work back with HR team leads on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives Participate in special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact Skills and attributes for success Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes.
