Job Description

Job Profile:

  • Preparing monthly Statutory Payments ( i.e. PF , PT ESIC Challan) , PF Withdrawal
  • Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Salaries , PF ESIC , follow- up etc. Preparing PF , ESIC P.T. Challan s. (Online)
  • Filling PF/ESIC Forms.
  • Employee PF withdrawal forms
  • Handling Clients Audit and clients queries
  • Preparing LWF Challan
  • Liaising with police stations , PMC regarding site issues , MSEB for connections.
  • Dealing with local political leaders
  • Checking of staff punctuality maintaining of wage registers
  • Preparing of Monthly Attendance Report (Salary sheet) of UIL JB
  • To monitor timely dispatch of letters courier.
  • Prepare leave license agreement
  • Obtaining Labour license.
  • Setting up of site offices
  • Arrangement of accommodation for site employees as per their service terms and conditions.
  • Set up of labour camp for site labors.
  • Compliance of statutory welfare provisions as per industrial laws
  • Looking after social security s scheme like PF , ESIC ,MLWF , BOCW
  • Attendance payroll management
  • PF UAN ESIC TIC generation
  • PF , ESIC ,PT Challan Generation , PT return
  • Annual return preparation under Contract Labour Act , Bocw Act , Maternity benefit Act ,Bonus Act , Factory Act.
  • Contract labour licence , shop licence , Factory Licence Application Renewal
