Job Description

    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
    • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
    • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
    • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
    • Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
    • Take minutes during meetings
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Organize and maintain the office filing system
    • Assist / take initiative in organising events. Liaise with respective people, vendors to ensure it happens well planned.
    • Occasionally, the EA may require to travel if Director requires.
    • Occasionally, the EA may require to accompany the Director for official Dinner (if there are female customer).
    • We do not encourage daily late sitting, but if situation depends, there may be late sitting required. (Purely and only if work demands)
    • Manage Social Media pages e.g., Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook.
    Required experience & skills
    • To make power point presentations with given brief
    • Excel- Pivot tables, diagram etc
    • Advanced excel preferred
    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
