Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are pleased to inform you that we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager (HR) to join our team at SBILife. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing norms and handling new projects, reviewing confirmation and promotion norms, and analyzing data from various channels such as Retail Agency and Bancassurance against defined performance benchmarks.Key Responsibilities:
    • Review of Norms: Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
    • Handling New Projects: Lead and coordinate HR projects, including succession planning, to ensure successful implementation and effective communication with stakeholders
    • Review Confirmation and Promotion Norms: Review and develop guidelines for employee confirmation and promotion processes to ensure fairness, equity, and transparency
    • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various channels, including Retail Agency and Bancassurance, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption
    Requirements:
    • MBA in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on generalist HR roles
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
