As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the business, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the development of HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide HR support to the business units, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as talent management, training, and employee development programs
    • Manage employee data, including maintenance of HR systems and records
    • Coordinate employee communication and engagement activities
    • Provide support in employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and programs
    Requirements:
    • 3 to 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the insurance industry
    • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and HR systems
    Desirable:
    • Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee development
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Certification in HR, such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR
