Salary: 10 Lac - 17 Lac.1. Efficient and effective timely delivery of External and Internal Financial Reports, including local statutory and regulatory reports.2. Prepare monthly and year-end Local GAAP Financial Statements in the PeopleSoft general ledger.3. Responsible for monthly close for all corporate entities.4. Handle India repatriation issues, transfer pricing and tax issues.5. Ensure tax returns, filings and estimated payments are processed.6. Work with external auditors to meet all audit requirements.7. Contribute to the variance analysis process.8. Coordinate corporate accounting resources in support of the budgeting & re-forecasting efforts for India.9. Develop and maintain relationships with regional managers and business unit managers within India.10. Develop and maintain relationships with external advisers in all required jurisdictions.11. Provide requested reports for the Board of Directors meetings.Desired Candidate Profile1. Graduate in accounting or an advanced degree of certification in finance, accounting or management would be preferred.2. Local training, Chartered Accountant or equivalent is required.3. Public Accounting Experience is preferred.4. Prefer applicants from NBFC/ Securities with broker dealer experience; alternatively open to look at candidates from Big 4 handling audits of similar companies.5. Experience with a global organization operating in India.6. Knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting , General Accounting Principles, General Ledger, Budgeting/Planning.7. Strong attention to detail.8. Good verbal and written communication skills.9. Ability to learn and apply learning quickly.10. Excellent team player.11. Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.,
