Greetings.!!We, Sarthee Consultancy, are having opening in Sales department , for our client in Construction Chemical Industry.Please find below details :Company :A leading name in manufacturing of different types of construction chemicalsDesignation :Engineer - Project SalesLocation :Mumbai & Gandhidham ( Gujarat )Job Requirements :

      B.E / B.Tech / Diploma In Civil Engineering ; Any Post Graduation preferable with min. 3 years of working experience in sales either in construction chemicals or building material industry.
Objective of the role :
      To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing customers aware of the company product range.
Key Responsibilities :
    • Consistently drive and achieve the Sales & Collection target in a progressive manner thru innovative technical selling.
    • Identify and explore new Sales opportunities with existing and potential customers thru unique selling proposition.
    • Manage customer accounts for the designated Sales area to maximize Sales potential
    • Develop and maintain close relations with Consultants/ Architects/Applicators & Project Distributors for enhancing company business interest
    • Closely interact with all the product segments & Specification for maximizing business growth and profitability in a timely manner.
    • Provide timely inputs to finance for issuing debit/credit notes for customer payments in line with the business needs.
    • Ensure close co-ordination with internal stake holders for timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Provide adequate support to Technical & Marketing team for Product Launch
    • Provide customer feedback on new product performance to Technical/ Lab team as required
    • Stay updated on new product/ Application/Solution development for meeting the future business needs.
    • Identify and share best practices for continuous improvement of processes in meeting Customer expectation/ satisfaction
