Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To lead and design processes; undertake periodic reviews; institute robust governance and controls with tracking through MIS/Dashboards thereby achieving best in class service delivery and compliance to the regulatory norms.
  2. Design process SOPs and launch Quality improvement initiatives for each sub function in Core Ops
  3. To train &govern Operations Project Managers on BAU projects delivery and ensure the project timelines are met
  4. Achieve process excellence ( through project launch & improvements) and assurance ( through review and audits) on an ongoing basis.
  5. To undertake projects with cross functional teams &ensure service delivery is met at all times
  6. To enforce project management & governance as a culture in the core operations function
  7. To undertake innovative methods of process improvement(s) and launch projects enabling efficiency and enhanced customer experience
