Job Description

    • Design and own Group Responsible AI, Risk and Controls library
    • Manage continued assurance of business deployment of controls
    • Operationalization of Ongoing Monitoring
    • Validation of change management processes
    Business
    • Lead engagements with first line business and functions teams along with our data science teams to establish and deploy controls.
    Processes
    • Define the processes for governing alignment with the RAI Risk and Controls library across all 1LoD Teams
    • Design and Own the artefacts related to such processes e.g. Risk and Controls library
    • Own and run the 1LoD review process to comply with the RAI Risk and Controls library
    • Create Metrics, Produce MI pack, for senior management
    • Build assurance to monitor use cases in production that have a material change, loop back into the governance cycle
    Risk Management
    • Work with Group and country NFRCs on the required data and information to adhere to controls
    Governance
    • Implement suitable controls in the 1LoD processes and enablers to ensure robust adherence to the RAI Guidelines / Standards
    Regulatory & Business Conduct
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
    • Lead the CDO Responsible AI team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles
    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
