This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role Responsibilities:The Group Web & Social Channels team is a Centre of Excellence for the Group digital channels, providing best-in-class advisory and training to digital content creators, publishers and agencies. The team is responsible for managing the global websites and social media channels to build the Bank s brand among key audiences and managing reputational risk.The Director, Group Web & Digital Projects is responsible for leading website related projects including setting the strategy, standards and provide advice for best in class content creation and publishing on Standard Chartered s non-retail websites, managing core enhancements to the web portfolio in line with the overall strategy as well as supporting martech projects. It is a highly strategic role, using a data-led approach for strategy setting and continuous improvement, ensuring content is fit for purpose, aligned to our strategy and delivering business outcomes.Fixed term contract, 15 -12 monthsAccountable for driving the business strategy of key website and digital projects within the Group Digital Channels team.
