Job Description for Marketing Executive

Identifying & Analyzing for New Clients
Conduct prospective calls and send company profile to develop new business prospects
Follow ups with Old, New & Prospective Clients
Scheduling meeting and Explaining the benefits of Outdoor Medium
Establishing contacts & relationships with clients for future business.
Make an outdoor Plan with Planning dept. & send it to Client
Work on Negotiation with Client.
Closing the deal by getting PO
Raise sales invoice from planning dept and send it to Client.
Booked the Sites in the Edge 1 software system as per the Final Plan
Follow up with Client for Art Work.
Send Art Work to Production dept to check the Art Work is Okay for Printing.
Take Approval on Art Work from Client.
Send Art Work approval email to Production for the Final Printing.
Follow up with Production dept for the timely up of hoarding
Send Start & end date photographs of campaign to client
Follow up for payments
Making Presentations.
Maintaining the Sales Report and also try to Achieve the given Target.
