Job Description

D anfoss is looking for an energetic young professional who are willing to scale up their career into sales engineering by meeting/bringing potential clients Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development and sales of all products of Heating Segment of Danfoss in Western Region of India.
  • Achieve regional target of Heating business.
  • Engage with consultants, PMCs of HVAC industry with focus on generating new businesses

  • Increase awareness and acceptance of heating products/solutions in HVAC industry

  • Channel Partner Management and Handling key OEMs, HVAC Contractors & support in identifying new customers/partners and empanelment

  • Analyze current and potential new markets in the region

  • Implementation of agreed action plans and regional initiatives

Professional Competencies:

  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred); supplemented by additional education in Commerce or Marketing is advantageous.

  • Minimum 7 - 10 years sales experience (preferable with multi - national company/ system integrators) within HVAC industry

  • Good track record (documented) with previous organizations / proven results in sales and market development with a blend of analytical skills

  • Good understanding on the HVAC system, Valves, Controls etc.

  • Key understanding on the route to market for heating products

  • Willingness to travel minimum 10 days within the region

  • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and work with team members

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in English
