Job Description

Handling strategic / large scale litigation,
company and arbitration matters of significance expertise in Court Practices,
Arbitration Proceedings and attending the Court Cases in various High Courts,
Consumer Forums, & other National Forums.
Drafting of Agreements contracts,
NDAs, MOUs, and various other agreements,
Advising on variouslegalissues. etc.

Desired candidate profile

Law Graduate from a reputed Institute with min 4-6 yrs of work experience in a corporate sector.
Preferably experienced in handling legal matters concerning Capital Markets, Financial Services, NBFC.
A law graduate, with good Communication skills, having sound knowledge and understanding of Commercial law, drafting skills, knowledge of Capital market laws
Ability to appear and represent the Company before various courts, tribunals, authorities, government Authorities, Investigation agencies.
