Job Description

    DGM - Retail SalesKey Accountabilities :- The incumbent is responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes and scorecard metrics. This role reports to the Managing director of the company and is responsible to build a profitable Retail chain across the country.- Manage the portfolio of COCO and FOCO stores to deliver the desired sales and profitability objectives.- Formulate sales policy (pricing policy, channel strategy, promotions and discounts & incentives, etc).- Formulate Sales Incentive Scheme to incentivize delivery of secondary sales revenue targets.- Analyse competition and conduct global benchmarking at the product and the solution level and feed the information into the strategic planning process.- Run the day-to-operations of the exclusive business outlets.- Frame, monitor and deliver across business objectives of Revenue, market share, inventory, brand metrics, channel metrics and profitability.- Lead the innovation and improvement process for service delivery and an all-round outstanding experience of the brand.- Lead the process of understanding the customer decision making journey & usage cycle.- Develop and implement actions plans to enhance the customers experience of our brand across all critical touchpoints.- Develop and institutionalize the ongoing measurement of customer satisfaction / advocacy (both online and offline) so that it provides a feedback to improve customer experience re-design.- Develop and nurture a highly motivated & trained sales teamKnowledge, Skills And Experience :- Degree in Business Management and/or experience in all aspects of B2C channels and retail operations, market trends and consumer behavior.- 12 to 15 years of experience in managing and operating B2C channels .- Experience in Franchisee management and retail real estate acquisition .- Experience in Textile industry and experience of working with a consumer brand.,
