Job Description

Efficient Deployment of IT Infrastructure

  • Oversee all technology operations (including information security, network, infrastructure, cloud etc) and evaluate & manage them according to the established goals.
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems in alignment with the Corporate Goals & Strategies
  • Efficient monitoring, upkeep of IT equipment (hardware) and drive smooth functionality of hardware and software infrastructure
  • Anticipate the needs for constant upgrades, new configurations etc. while controlling costs.
  • Efficiencies in Uptime and Downtime, Disaster Management Practices etc. for avoiding disruption and ensuing Business Continuity.
Enable ESG & Sustainability practices at Oaknet Business Enablers (Tech Platforms & Enablers)
  • Benchmark best practices in Pharma Industry, similar Sales Industries to propose solutions for enabling Business acceleration & customerisation.
  • Partner with Business leadership and mainline service functions to understand / anticipate deployment of technological solutions to improve efficiencies in Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance & HR.
  • Develop & Deploy efficient IT tools for facilitating these functions in reducing cycle time, improve productivity, reduce wastage, pace to market etc.
  • Deploy mechanisms to map the wastages in RM, PM, Production Wastages, E&B and efficiencies in Inventory Management as well as calibration tools.
  • Establish metrices to map efficiencies in each function contributing to EBIDTA
