Are you a multitasker Do you enjoy analyzing contracts Were looking for someone like that who can:- understand complex software licensing terms and conditions- identify potential risks associated with software contracts- manage software license compliance & report the effective license position- understand software estate across big SW vendors like IBM, HP, Adobe, VMWare, Microsoft, Tableau & others- worked on tools like SNOW, Uber Agent, SCCM, Bigfix, Systrac & others- contribute to the overall strategy of the Software Category function, - An interest in software as an asset with a minimum of 8 years experience reviewing license and maintenance contracts preferably software contracts- Review software license contracts / agreements & identify pitfalls, gaps & recommend improvements- Manage software license renewals, mapping with compliance position to determine license gaps & taking suitable actions- Establish renewal calendar and drive pro-active renewal management. Identify opportunities to consolidate, co -term contracts.- Ability to review software licenses, associated contracts across multiple SW vendors / OEM s- Understand business requirements well & translate the same towards effective execution of contracts- Good exposure to cloud based contracts would be an added advantage- strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions- The ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels- A proven track record of successfully completing projects on timeYou are:- A self-starter who is comfortable working in a team environment but can also take the lead when necessary- Are assertive and able to support your recommendations based on both experience and facts- At ease working in a fast paced environment that is always evolving - Able to summarize complex contract terms and conditions in your own words
