Strong customer service background required. Former Email experience highly considered. Exceptional time management, self-motivation and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking and strong follow-up skills are required. Ability to interpret customer requests and needs presented via email/phone. Provide timely customer service towards the customer, consumers, trade contacts and B2B customers Resolve any escalated customer issues Act as liaison between internal teams Facilitate team meetings and regular one-on-one meetings with associates Complete other duties as assigned Listen and respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, issues, and requests, in a manner that meets the standards for service and quality.
