JobDescription
Responsibilities:
Understandclient s business processes and lead the payroll team to providerecommendations on Darwinbox s payroll module for their needs
Assist theproduct implementation team during the implementation process in coordinationwith the client teams to ensure successful go - live (at the customer site ifrequired)
Support clientsduring critical Payroll events during the year. Quarter filings, year endclosure.
Support clientsto resolve queries on Payroll, as and when required
Testing anddeveloping new enhancements for the payroll module and coordinating with thedevelopment team
Resolve problemsby clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expeditingcorrection or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Requirements :
In - depthknowledge of Indian Payroll with an experience of at least 12 years in payrollimplementation/support
Goodunderstanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS and PT)
Experience inGratuity and Labor Benefit calculations
Client handlingand payroll system implementation (Transition)
Good Excelknowledge is a plus
BSc/BA inbusiness, accounting or relevant field is a plus
