    • Job Title Customer Relationship Officer Sales

    • Reporting Manager Team Leader /Manager Customer Service/Sales
    • Job Location: - Times Square Andheri
    Purpose of the Job:
    • Upselling Home loan to existing closed PL customers
    The most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving subordinates are
    • Sr. No Task performed
    • 1- Outcalls on data base assigned on dialer
    • 2- Provide customers with complete product, process & Charges information
    • 3- Coordinate with front end team (Branches) to get cases end to end closure
    • 4- Promote cross sell products to customers other than Home Loan
    • 5- Tags calls outcome in dialer and CRM
    • 6- Follow up cases till final closure (disbursed)

    • 1 Should have fair knowledge of working on Ms. office tools
    • 2 Excellent communication skills
    • 3 Proficient in reading writing English language
    Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: Prior Banking / NBFC / Call centre experience into telesales role/selling secured products.No. of years of relevant experience: 1 - 6 years of experience in Tele sales
