Customer Relationship Manager - Sales Operations

Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for revenue generation. A Revenue Generation Manager needs to be familiar with industry trends in order to develop effective strategies for revenue growth. A Revenue Generation Manager works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Media teams to develop and execute effective revenue generation strategies. Monitoring and reporting on revenue performance: The manager tracks revenue performance and prepares reports to inform senior management on the progress and effectiveness Media Campaigns and revenue generation. Overall, a Revenue Generation Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and maximizing revenue for a CC Division. Knowledge of call center technology and best practices. Proficient in MS office and Power Bi knowledge will be an added advantage
