Job Description

Required Skills:

  1. Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design and effective assessment strategies
  2. Knowledge of digital learning tools and teaching methods appropriate for the required grades
  3. Expertise to develop accurate, relevant content with scripted lesson plans for teachers to implement.
  4. Effective writing skill with correct use of grammar/spelling and interpersonal communication skills
  5. Knowledge of copyright and trademark rules for writing and delivering content and graphics
  6. Good computer skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks to within specified project deadlines
  8. Work collaboratively across functional areas
Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or other technical experts to create curriculum with the following components:
  • Year Plan-Term Plan
  • Concept Maps
  • Reference material
  • Lesson plans with classroom activities
  • Class & Home worksheets
  • Class test papers
  • Blue print & Sample question papers with answer key
  • Teaching aids such as audios, videos, PowerPoint presentations and other supplemental materials
  • Project materials
  1. Update instructional materials on a consistent basis
  2. Participate and facilitate as directed in curriculum review and subject matter meetings
  3. Incorporate instructional content or delivery methods for students and different classroom environments levels or types of learners
  4. Incorporate feedback into curriculum material from subject matter experts, project leads and schools.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.
