Job Description

    Responsibilities: Key Skills - Automation Testing & other tools
    • Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber
    • Web UI Automation experience
    • Should be well versed and able to write Java code
    • Complete understanding of UI automation and components
    • Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
    • Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
    • Exposure to AngularJS UI is added advantage
    • Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.
    • Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data will be an added advantage.
    Other skills & responsibilities
    • Experienced in project planning with detailed milestones with risks/issues.
    • Experienced in Agile model.
    • Design and delivery Program Test approach for automation, its Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Test Environment Plans including estimations, test execution, defect management in a proactive manner.
    • Strong Leadership and People Management.
    • Manage optimum utilization of resources with NIL impact to business
    • Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across CIB DPS priorities
    • Build effective relationship with key Digital and Business strategy leads; whilst being able to effective challenge them to move DPS initiatives forward
    • Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives
    • Partner closely with Operations, Technology and Product groups.
    • Developing and syndicating recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate change.
    • Work closely with Test manager and other stakeholders to deliver in line with Agile methodology
    • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting.
    • Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areas
    • Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues, senior executives and clients.
    • Actively drive and contributes to team meetings / conference calls with colleagues, stakeholders from other functions and clients / 3rd parties.
    • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and be self-motivating
    • Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholder groups at partner location and within current location through a proactive, open and communicative approach.
    • Experience working with large scale compliance and regulatory driven projects in Investment Banking, preferably in Securities products.
    • Highly effective time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision.
    • Good problem solving & execution skills.
      • Ability to break down analyses and issues into their individual components
      • Ability to quickly learn new concept
      • Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis
      • Ability to keep sight of the overall context of what they are working on and remain centred on answering the bigger question
    • Works well individually as well as with the team, shares information, supports colleagues and staff.
    • Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines.
    Qualification:
    • Post Graduate/ MBA (or Bachelor degree with at least 8+ years of relevant experience) preferred
    • Deep Automation and Test Management exposure (minimum 6+ years)
