Job Description

  • Campaigns & Trigger Management - Manage end to end campaigns & EBTs for corp salary portfolio across ATM / NET / SMS/EMAIL/Social Media /Website / Microsite /Perks App - Design appropriate communication for all campaigns with close looping of feedback and appropriate action.
  • -Take feedback from relevant stakeholders on campaign performance and results and constantly course correct for better results - Track campaign performance - leads / clicks / opens at various level to see whats working and whats not and address areas of weak performance accordingly.
  • - Identify , create and execute an action plan for corporate salary campaigns - Streamlining of Trigger process with the marketing team.
  • - Creating a flawless process for the channel for trigger updation & feedback.
  • - Manage end to end onboarding for the NAV customers Onboarding - Manage end to end onboarding for the NAV customers.
  • - Create a frame work specific to CSA customers for onboaring jointly with marketing - Regular review of the framework & tweaking of the same to suit the change in market & customer requirement - Tracking impact of the onboarding emails & sms for CSA customers Implement & track event based triggers Streamlining of Trigger process with the marketing team.
  • - Creating a flawless process for the channel for trigger updation & feedback.
  • - Wallet Share of the corporate in the market.
  • Drive Digital Activation along with Digital Banking teams Drive the Digital activation for corporate salary along with Digital Banking teams - Create a framework of tracking and monitoring digital penetration across the salary portfolio and drive the same across various key channels.
  • - Leverage insights into digital usage analysis on the portfolio to drive balance buildup across customer segments.
