You understand instructional design theories and models and can effectively apply them to develop eLearning content. You can analyze client requirements , assess learner profiles , and design teaching / learning models that are tailor made for the target audience. You have experience with US educational system and have worked on State Standards , Questions and alignment. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a corporation , educational institute , publication house , or journalism. Professionals from the eLearning industry are preferred.You should be able to manage a team of 10 instructional designers , graphic visualizers and graphic designers. You should be able to hire best in the class content developers. Content Manager should be able to research the content. Content Manager will be responsible for working with QA Manager for Content and will be responsible for improving the process to achieve our goal of zero defect in content.Salary will be as per industry standards and bonus and perks will be at par with the industry.
