Job Description

    Compliance:-The role would entail ensuring that the company is 100% compliant under various labor laws including Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, Shops & Establishments Act as applicable in various states in India, Profession Tax Act, Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and other relevant Acts.Candidate should be well versed with all the HR Compliance. PF, ESIC. All work related to ESI e.g. Preparation of ESI Returns, Filling of ESIC E-Challan, Labour Welfare Fund and Professional TaxResolve day to day queries of employees PF through call/mail for active/ex-employee.Managing Confirmation Process, Internal movements Support and process internal movements (IJPs, transfers, etc.)Operations:-1. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management) 2. Leaves and Attendance Management 3. Handling the payroll 4. Managing advance Salary, Ad Hoc Bonuses, Loans 5. Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management 6. Exit-Interviews 7. Full and Final SettlementEmployee Relation -1. Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc. 2. They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees. 3. They are expected to stop all type of rumors and misleading communications. 4. They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis. Comply with 100% employee verification and be responsible to identify vendors for the same and present these to the management for tie-up. Manage all Employee Exits by ensuring that all employees go through an Exit Interview5. Ensure that all Full and Final Calculations are done correctly and the turn around time to release the F&F is maintained.6. Ensure that the Employee Master is always updated with the relevant information. Ensure that all changes in Employee Master are authorized by the appropriate authority.7. Create the HR Manual and maintain it with the latest procedures and policy8. Create and maintain the Employee Handbook. Ensure that every employee has it.9. Ensure every employees personal file is maintained with the latest information and documentationJob requirementsMinimum 1 year experience in maintaining relation and liaising with Government Authorities.Familiarity with payroll software/HRMS and MS Office (especially Excel)An analytical mind and good math skillsPrior experience in a professional services organization highly preferred Knowledge/SkillsService-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure with amazing attention to detailsSelf-motivated, take initiative, possess creative problem-solving skills and willingness to offer suggestions for improvementAnticipate the needs of others and demonstrates service orientationHandling sensitive and confidential information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
