Job Description Position - Collection AnalystQualification - Graduate (Qualification in Finance will be a plus point)Experience - 3 to 5 YearsJob Type - Full TimeNo. of Positions - 1Working Days - 5 Days ( Monday to Friday)Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaKey Responsibilities:Strong communication and negotiation skillsSucceed by working independently with a team in the India office as well as with a team located in the company headquarters (USA) to drive down DSO while maintaining solid client relationshipsConduct custom collections campaigns on each client that consists of e- mails, phone calls, standard mail as well as research through company records and internet resources that are made availableDevelop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company financial goalsSolve problems quickly create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basisMaintain a thorough understanding of government documents and related requirements including but not limited to Form 16, Form 10F, NoPE, and US document Form 6166Maintain the repository of Form 16 documentation, including clear references to related HBP invoices, and identify and secure any missing documents as neededUtilize the knowledge of the sales reps for the best approach to clients. Requirements:B.S. in Business Administration preferred but not requiredShould have 5- 7 years of experience in accounts receivable and/ or credit and collectionsMust be very detailed oriented, able to multi- task prioritize as well as possess excellent communication skillsMicrosoft Office knowledge skills are required and prior experience on Oracle is preferredMust be able to work individually as well as part of a teamshould have excellent communication skills. Must have experience in oracle will be preferred. Note:- Candidates required who have worked in MNCs. Candidates prefer who have a notice period of a maximum of 15 to 30 days.,
