Job Description

Team Management

  • Leading a Corporate salary team to acquire NTB Corporate salary account, to drive cross sell, monitoring of sales process efficiency, drive productivity along with Product Quality mix.
  • Training & Staffing:-Optimum staffing of resources, Training & Sales team management (Both Classroom and Field)
  • Sales Discipline & Input Parameters:-
  • CRM creation for catchment- Segment/ Market/ Industry
  • DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
  • Focus on Activities at Industrial estate, commercial/ Business park/ Society/ Clubs etc. around the catchment
  • Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
  • Keep the team motivated at all times to have the highest level of energy and deliver on organizational objectives
  • Performance monitoring & review
  • Identifying gaps leading to underperformance, providing support items on underperformance, sharing of best practices across teams etc.
  • Implement sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team on core and cross sell targets.
  • Focus on underperforming members
  • Focus on senior mgmt reporting and ensuring support / direction to enhance channel performance.
  • Goal setting, & Review
  • Exception & escalation handling
