Job Description

  • Ensuring deep and consistent segmentation (client size, product type, sub-product, and industry) for all funnel metrics and client value models
  • Working with marketing partners to translate campaign performance into funnel metrics
  • Create dashboards for quickly evaluating campaign performance and opportunities to improve
  • Develop A/B test plans to close gaps in knowledge of key funnel and performance metrics
  • Create traceability of marketing contacts across channel and time
  • Develop factor weightings custom attribution models to better evaluate which measurable marketing interactions most effectively drive business outcomes
  • Analyze how the sequence of touches (webinars, events, social, etc.) can be optimized to produce better results
  • Create linkages to corporate CIB CRM roadmaps, ensuring marketing needs are represented in the roadmap, marketing is plugged in to the various milestones, and short-term gaps are filled with marketing-owned efforts
  • Work with marketing data team to obtain the foundational data needed for analysis
Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and moving beyond traditional KPIs towards a true client lifetime value (CLTV) methodology
  • Experience with Marketo, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Anaytics
  • Expert data visualization knowledge and skills, preferably in Tableau
  • Strong understanding of funnel stages and metrics in a B2B context, including how to evaluation campaigns using a funnel-based methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate B2B marketing campaigns, including down-stream impacts from cross-sell and up-sell
  • Bachelor s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or mathematics; Advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to build consensus and influence action
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter with keen attention to detail and a natural curiosity for details
