Job Description

    • This role is to own risk assessment of Agent Bank & FMI Due diligence questionnaire and related processes in Mumbai, India.
    • Candidate will work closely with Network Management stakeholders, functional stakeholders to deliver on Final Assessment Report (FAR) for third parties.
    • Knowledge of various Operational risk, financial crimes risk, legal and resiliency would be beneficial.
    • Candidate will support Network Managers with risk and action and track them to closure.
    • Candidate will support/ own various work stream or change initiatives for meeting strategic Network Oversight goals.
    • Candidate will partner with Technology and Product owners to implement new strategic programmes and tactical automation projects.
    • This role will require to effectively communicate on daily/weekly/monthly target achievements, burn out charts, graphs and visualisations to senior global stakeholders.
    • Candidate will work in a fast paced environment where there are frequent regulatory changes and technology changes in a global setting.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s degree or equivalent
    • 8+ years work experience required
    • Team Management experience is required
    • CIB and/or strong Operations background preferred
    • Experience in Oversight or Due diligence process.
    • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Experience in the effective presentation / visualization of data and analytics
    • Excellent oral/written communication skills comfort interacting with and presenting to senior leaders
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight deadline
