Job Description

    Job summary:The team is looking for an Analyst to manage and support WKO Supply Chain Finance for CIB Operations.Job Responsibilities:
    • Participate in Request for Information process for prospect and existing relationships to enable & complete KYC Diligences applicable for our Supply Chain Finance Clients.
    • Plan and deliver our annual period review KYC book of work in close partnership with Front office and our operations teams.
    • Strive to develop the function as a subject matter experts for our High Risk Clients.
    • Participate in AML discussions along with our Global Finance Crimes Compliance (GFCC) colleagues and Front office partners to further review & document AML Controls.
    • Steer effective governances across our APAC branches & maximize participation of key
    • The role requires a strong risk and controls mindset given the nature of some of these onboardings & depth of diligences required.
    • Given the specialized role, the case lead would participate in our cross regional specialized governance forums & be a change champion for the team & the organization.
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a KYC role in an MNC bank supporting treasury services operations.
    • Must have client servicing / FI experience.
    • Bring in Digital KYC skills to manage process improvement through automation initiatives.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trust with senior leaders
    • ACAMs or similar certifications with be an added advantage though not a must.
    • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
