It manufactures premium mens clothing product.Job Profile :- Define marketing/branding strategies to support the companys overall strategy and objective.- Oversee the planning, development and execution of the companys marketing and advertising initiatives.- Drive the brand identity via consumer research, nurturing communication touch points (PoS, online, apps, etc).- Design and coordinate brand communication, promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.- Manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.- Manage Marketing budget.- Run the Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitivenessCandidate Profile :- A bachelors degree and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from reputed institution.- 7+ years of experience in managing Brand evolution, growth and digital across B2C platforms.- Excellent skills and ability to manage digital brand creation, performance marketing and SEO/SEM.- Experience of handling a small - midsized marketing team.- Strong background in running digital campaigns, customer engagement and lead generation.- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities- Collaborative and high on integrity.,
