Job Description

    • Daily Cash and Fund Flow Management and day to day accounting.
    • Monthly closing of Books of Accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement).
    • Submission of Financials to the CFO, as per Schedule III of CA, 2013 with Notes to Accounts on monthly basis.
    • Ensuring statutory payments made on time. (TDS, I.T., Advance Tax, GST).
    • Budgetary Control, Cost Analysis, Circulating Finance Budget, Admin OH Budget and Analysis of Budget Vs Actual on Monthly Basis with remarks.
    • Participate in key decisions as a member of the operational management team as well as marketing team.
    • Liaoning with Banks and Auditor for releasing of Various Payments and submission of CMA Data.
    • Preparing and review Budgeted Cash Flow according to the Level of Production.
    • Actively participating in activities related to Forensic and Transaction audit.
    • Interaction with IRP and daily involvement in clearing the payments.
    • Interaction with Auditors (External as well as Internal) regarding the quarries to be resolved.
    • Preparation of Operating and Fixed Overhead Budget.
    • Quarterly Financial Results Analysis.
    • Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
    • Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning
    • Review the companys systems and analyse risk
