Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Business Development 1. Act as a liasioning point between business / product and internal support functional teams. 2. One point contact for all processes within B2B&Customised product team and thereby drafting and implementing processes for any and every requirement that they may have.3. Work jointly with VH/ ZHs on large business opportunity and win these deals by participating in RFP, joint presentation, customizing the program in line with corporate requirement. 4. Work on segment strengths and accordingly modify proposals / PPTs and processes . 5. Develop new sourcing channels, partner alliances and tie up with fintech / solution providers to provide best in class solutions in this space.6. Develop, nurture and grow channels to constantly improve their business Contribution 7. Relationship management with all alternative sourcing partners like CTA Alliance partners, expense management companies, Airlines, DSA & other similar partners which deal in similar corporate space8. To spearhead and ensure that the processes with all the program partners are aligned with the internal stakeholders such as operations9. To sharpen the selling skills of team of alliance partners to effectively sell all corporate products / solutions 10. concurrences on new initiatives11. Regular reviews with partners on the progress made on the partnership against the agreed business Nos 12. Track & monitor the pipeline deal for large implementations, spends and profitability vis a vis targets Product & Portfolio Management 1. Create joint value proposition to source the corporates through various partner.2. Negotiate and close the agreement / commercials3. Closely work with Audit, compliance, policy to finalize the sourcing policy / guidelines. Regularly monitor the business parameters for Corporate Sourced through these partners and take corrective action/ intervention wherever required ,
