Job Description

  • Responsible for Recertification of AEM Users on a bi-annual basis as administrator.
  • Responsible for maintaining AEM Permissions and user Groups documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) digital content in many different sites, environments, versions and services.
  • Ability to liaise with Infrastructure, Release Management and Development among other intersecting organizations to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problem management and determine root cause analysis.
  • Ability to monitor Adobe Experience Manager infrastructure and provide both proactive and reactive support, problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Supports monthly weekend releases including installing packages, configuring new permissions, monitoring content publishing and troubleshooting issues along with the AEM Ops team.
  • Responsible for ingesting component specs into AEM on a weekly basis and publishing for producers to enter content.
  • Responsible for clearing cache after publish with Akamai.
  • Responsible for cutting new versions of sites for future releases.
  • AEM Maintenance; reducing load, archiving files and packages, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting AEM COSA DPSP board with business requests for uploading images, unlocking assets, unlocking workflow, and trouble-shooting issues for producers.
  • Owns AEM Troubleshooting process/documentation
  • Runs reports on Compliance Sheriff, and any other ad-hoc application we may need reports run such as Tableau.
  • Assists Operations/Release Management Lead with projects as necessary
  • Assists Secure Content Lead with managed service projects
  • Assists with AEM documentation/training
Additional responsibilities:
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure configuration, migration/deployment and backup for maximum ROI with reduced operational cost.
  • Support application deployment into the Adobe Experience Manager environments, configuring application needs, deploying code/content, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Understand and participate in change control and change management processes.
  • Define and improve common processes, procedures and framework guidelines for use across multiple Adobe Experience Manager environments.
Working hours: 2.30 11.30 PM ISTSkills:
  • Must have hands on prior experience as administrator on AEM 6.1 and above.
  • 2+ years of experience in application administration.
  • Working experience with JIRA/Confluence a must.
  • Knowledge on the Adobe Experience Manager administration activities such as User permissions/creations with LDAP synchronization, creation of audit reports, dispatcher setup, code and configuration management and others.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting AEM administration related issues.
  • Experience with upgrading AEM.
  • Ability to understand json.
  • Ability to create reports from AEM data.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to document clear procedures.
